I have bought hot effect and cold effect and I find them good for now I see that they do their function which is to burn fat, I see that there are people who say that they do not burn fat....More
I have bought hot effect and cold effect and I find them good for now I see that they do their function which is to burn fat, I see that there are people who say that it leaves them red skin and such but I think it is because they do not exercise combined with the cream to my I have done its function has not been put red skin or anything because combined with exercise the cream works better I recommend it but tambn not expect it to do miracles if we do not move

Excellent this product, I have been using it for 3 weeks and I am very happy I recommend it, I had my back full of fat rolls and now I do not have them thanks to this cream and the skin looks brighter and toned my arms the same, I am very happy with the result, first I put the heat, I let it act for about 20 minutes and then I put the cold, the result is wonderful, I will order more.

I am very consistent. Now that there is time there is no excuse and I wear it every day at least twice. First the heat one, the area gets red and I feel the heat but after a while it goes away and as the days go by the sensation is less. Maybe I've just got used to it. After 15 minutes or so I put the cold one on. I've been using them for about 10 days now. Very happy with the result
